After Salman Khan got him cast in a pivotal role in Sooraj Barjatya’s upcoming film Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, the actor has now joined asThe Miraj Group (a production house) as Director.
Miraj Group of Companies stepped into the entertainment business in the year 2008 and started off with making Queens! Destiny Of Dance and co-producing Tell Me O Khuda.
Legendary singer (late) Mukesh's grandson will be in charge of green-lighting the projects.
A source says, "Neil will be credited as a producer in the films produced by The Miraj Group hereafter."
When contacted, the actor confirmed the news.
Neil, before his impressive debut in Sriram Raghavan's Johnny Gaddar, had assisted a few directors.
And now, in this new company, he will use his understanding of cinema and make the kind of films he believes in. “I have always maintained that acting will be my top priority- but creativity has no limits, Who knows, I may even direct a film some day," he told SpotboyE.com.
